“It’s intuitively obvious.”

I am deeply interested in MBTI and Jung, but the name of my domain has nothing to do with either.
In college, I had a physics professor who would present a problem and work mostly through it. Then he would stop, wave at it, and say, “The rest is intuitively obvious.”
Most of the class would stare blankly back.
Some things are intuitively obvious. Some things aren’t. Sometimes experience simplifies the process. Sometimes the gap just is too big.
