Leaving a forum, update
October 19th, 2006 by rivercrow
I wrote previously about leaving a forum. That was a few weeks ago and I’ve had some time to think.
No, I’m not going back. I’m much better off without it. Nevertheless, I cannot honestly say I am not angry at the situation.
The anger has been hard to work through, but empowering. I’m understanding the source of my anger and seeing ways to make it a creative energy.
Though, at the same time, the anger can fade sharply into apathy. It’s burning out, leaving just the awareness that “things can be done better” and glimmers of improvements.
Even if I never use this information for a forum, I see how I can use it elsewhere. After all, a forum is just a community.

A community full of passive agressives…
I added you to my Google RSS.

They’re an interesting group. Not all PA, though.
Thanks for adding me to your feed!
But wee miss you!
(well I do)
Ha ha I misspelled “we”.
No Freudian analysis please!
Naw….I’m more or less a Jungian….
It’s nice and also interesting how though you put “just a community” that such an obviously small facet caused so much thinking later. Very INTP dear
“Very INTP”. Guilty as charged.
